In Control 4 Peace is a collaborative initiative between Planned Parenthood, Educated Options, and Utchat Vision. The program has received a grant from the City of Rochester’s Peace Collection. The Rochester Peace Collective is dedicated to guiding local funding into innovative and effective programs that focus on preventing violent crimes. This initiative aligns closely with the Mayor’s Office, the Department of Recreation and Human Services, and the Rochester Public Library, working with community-based organizations to address re-entry and violence prevention. To support these efforts, the City has committed $5 million in American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds.

In Control 4 PEACE (IC4P) is a holistic program designed to meet the educational, social, emotional, and vocational needs of high-risk young adults. Our mission is to offer positive alternatives to violence, criminal activity, negative thinking, and risky behaviors.

IC4P equips young people with the tools and resources they need to build a brighter future for themselves, their families, and their communities. Through our program, participants receive hands-on training in podcast production, graphic design, clothing design, and merchandise entrepreneurship. Additionally, we offer essential financial planning skills to help them manage money for future endeavors and business startups.
